Our advanced, equipment can employ clamping forces of 40 to 350 tons, with shot sizes ranging from 2 to 30 ounces. Our max mold size is 24 x 36. With over 64 years of experience in manufacturing, the quality of our work is a point of special pride. We are an ISO 9001 compliant company, and we meticulously inspect our work, using our Nikon Stereoscope, Dorsey Gage Optical Comparator with Quadra Check 2000, micrometers, and gages. We offer fast turnaround times that typically run about 4 weeks, with 100% on-time delivery for clients in many different businesses, including the hazmat, musical instrument, agriculture, electrical, hobby, and hunting industries.
